Facing the Atlantic Fund Raiser-Hand Made T-shirt Offered by fbforbill

We posted on SM a few days ago that we're starting a new fund raising campaign for Steve's charity, Facing the World/Facing the Atlantic. It begins tomorrow, August 19, and ends at the start of Simply Portal Week II on September 19.

fbforbill has offered hand-painted T-shirt to raise funds for Bertie and James! The winning bidder will choose a photo of Steve or Bill and fbforbill will paint it on the T-shirt for you. Here's how it works: You place your bid by commenting in this thread. The bidding starts tomorrow, August 19 at 12:01 a.m. and ends September 2 at midnight. fbforbill will contact the winning bidder, who will then make a donation to FTA on their JustGiving page: http://www.justgiving.com/Facingtheatlantic Once you send her confirmation of your donation, you then choose the photo you want, tell fbforbill the size you want, and voila! hand-painted custom T-shirt in your mailbox. Easy peasy.
